ABOUT US

We are a smaller modern law office. We are committed to a personalised approach and the first-class quality of our work.

We focus on the following areas of law: corporate law, real estate law, employment law, litigation and administrative proceedings, contract law, and intellectual property law. For more detailed information, please see below in the “Practice areas” section.

We provide legal services in particular to companies and entrepreneurs in the sectors of IT, real estate, logistics, mediation of services, and in the field of security.

We can rationally analyse and in clear terms explain complicated legal problems. When resolving them, we focus on what is important, taking into account the technical, financial, and time-related priorities of our clients.

We draw on the long-term experience of our lawyers who have held senior positions in large law offices.

We constantly invest in our expertise and our efficient system for providing legal services. In particular, we carefully monitor the development of legislation and case-law in the areas of law that we focus on.

We cooperate with tax advisors, notaries, court experts and security agencies. We also have strong working ties to well-established, partner law firms abroad.

We provide legal services in Czech, English, and German.

The greatest reward for our work is the trust of our clients.
